Complete at least one semester / quarter of Spyder Lab Workshop.
Participate at least three projects and three different corporate positions. (Spyder Lab Workshop duration: 1 Hour 30 – 40 Minutes / week)

Requirement
Picks questions that wants to answer (minimum two & maximum five questions plus Semester End Question)
Whenever possible, use specific examples from projects, production work, customer service, equipment operation, teamwork, leadership activities, or other experiences completed during the Spyder Lab class.
- Dress professionally – Wear appropriate formal or business-casual attire.
- Prepare notes – Review the questions in advance and prepare brief notes or key points to help organize your answers.
- Do not read a script – Notes should be used as a reference only. Answers should be explained naturally in your own words.
- Be prepared to provide specific examples – Whenever possible, use real experiences from your Spyder Lab class.
- Practice your answers – Be prepared to explain your experience clearly and confidently.
