Our Spyder Lab™ program offers the chance for students to explore a variety of graphic media pathways including business, design, and manufacturing so they can feel confident in their career choice.

Your child will learn how to work with their peers and solve real-world problems in an entrepreneurial environment while fostering critical life skills including responsibility, time management, communication, and community outreach.

Whether your student plans on attending a four-year college or heading straight to work after high school, our program can help them find a field that they’ll love, or will help them realize they ought to keep looking, so that they can continue to search for their passion.

Your child will gain a comprehensive baseline understanding of business, graphic media, and manufacturing by learning and utilizing theory-based teachings to create various forms of graphic media for clients both on and off-campus. The goal of the Spyder Lab™ program is to prepare students for the workforce directly after high school, whether they plan on attending college or heading straight to work.

Your child will learn how to work with their peers and solve real-world problems in an entrepreneurial environment while fostering critical life skills including responsibility, time management, communication, and community outreach. Not at first. Safety is of our highest priority. Our team will train your child and their instructors how to use and maintain each piece of machinery so that they can create with confidence.

We also work with each class as mentors, there to serve as a friendly face and an experienced guide, educating your child on the nuances of each piece of machinery, elements of business, graphic design, manufacturing, and providing your child with the motivation and support needed to successfully navigate their course.

We encourage all students to try out the course to see if it’s right for them. No experience is necessary, although those with an interest in business, graphic design, and/or manufacturing are likely to better understand class expectations and involvement.

The Spyder Lab™ is integrated into classes that will be a part of your child’s existing school schedule, however, there may be instances in which students need to stay after school to complete projects, orders, etc.

Nothing! Our Spyder Lab™ program is integrated into your child’s existing curriculum, all costs associated with the program are handled by each of our partner schools.

The Spyder Lab™ program is currently offered at our partner high schools across Orange County. If your child is enrolled in one of our partner high schools, then yes, they are eligible! If not, stay tuned! We plan on slowly rolling out to more schools county-wide as time goes on.

No, the Spyder Lab™ is an entirely optional course your child can opt to (or opt not to) take along with their regular school classes.
